Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Alternatively, if you receive a defective item, you must provide ELECFREAKS with pictures or videos as proof. If there are no quality issues with the product, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

Limited Warranty

ELECFREAKS warrants physical products against hardware failures that should not occur under normal use within 60 days from the date the original purchaser receives the retail purchase shipment. Under this limited warranty, if a hardware defect is discovered and ELECFREAKS receives a valid claim within the warranty period, ELECFREAKS will, to the extent permitted by law, repair the product using new or refurbished parts free of charge, replace the product with a new or refurbished product, or, with the customer's consent, send replacement parts by mail for the customer to repair themselves. If a hardware failure occurs, these are your sole and exclusive remedies within the scope permitted by law. Replacement products or parts assume the remaining warranty period of the original product. When replacing a product or part, any replacement item becomes your property, and the replaced item becomes ELECFREAKS's property. Parts provided by ELECFREAKS for the fulfillment of its warranty obligations must be used for the product requiring warranty service.

This warranty does not apply to

  • Products or parts outside the warranty period;
  • Products purchased through unauthorized channels, or products resold by other buyers;
  • Normal wear and tear that occurs during the use of the product;
  • Malfunctions or damages caused by improper or inadequate use, maintenance, or storage, including mishandling, using the product for purposes other than its intended reasonable use, improper insertion or removal of external devices, falls or improper external collisions; contact or exposure to inappropriate temperatures, solvents, acids, alkalis, water intrusion, etc., infestation by insects or rodents, or intrusion of foreign objects, leading to damage to the product or parts (such as casings, components, wiring, etc.), dust, damage;
  • Malfunctions or damages caused by installation, repair, modification, addition, or removal by any unauthorized person or entity;
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or removal of the casing, or damage caused by not following official manuals or instructions;
  • Products or parts for which you cannot provide a valid receipt or any other document that can prove the warranty status;
  • Malfunctions or damages caused by the use of unauthorized, non-standard, or non-publicly available software;
  • Damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues due to the use of unauthorized third-party components;
  • Malfunctions or damages caused by force majeure or accidents;
  • Damages that occur during transit for repair;
  • Other malfunctions or damages not caused by product quality; ELECFREAKS is not responsible for the above issues. If you encounter any of the above issues, please contact the relevant party for a solution.

Special Notes

Product packaging, free items, consumables, and accessories are not covered by the warranty, but if the product has issues during its first use after purchase, it can be replaced for free.
