Warranty Policy

This warranty does not affect your legal rights under the laws and regulations of your country or region. The terms set forth in this warranty shall be enforced to the extent permitted by the laws of your country or region. When the warranty period of this policy is not sufficient to cover the legal scope of your country or region, your local policies and regulations shall prevail.

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us at services@elecfreaks.com before returning any package. All product returns require a return authorization, which can be obtained via the email above. No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization.

  • RETURNS FOR REFUND: Within 5 days of receipt of product. (unopened)
  • Returns for replacement: within 10 days of receipt of product. (Damaged or defective)

To qualify for a return for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If you receive a defective item, and send ELECFREAKS a picture or video as proof. If there is no quality problem with the product, the return shipping costs will be borne by the user.


💡Note: We do not accept refund requests due to taxes/duties in your country/region.


Limited Warranty

ELECFREAKS only warrants the physical product against normal use and hardware failure for a period of 60 days from the date the original purchaser receives the shipment of the retail purchase. Under this Limited Warranty, if a hardware defect is discovered and ELECFREAKS receives a valid after-sale request within the warranty period, ELECFREAKS will, to the extent permitted by law, repair the product free of charge with new or refurbished parts, or replace the product with a new or refurbished product, or, with the user's consent, mail replacement parts for the user to repair at the user's own expense. In the event of a hardware failure, these are your sole and exclusive remedies to the extent permitted by law. Replacement products or parts assume the remaining warranty time of the original product. When replacing a product or part of a product, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes the property of ELECFREAKS. Parts supplied by ELECFREAKS to fulfill its warranty obligations must be used on the product for which warranty service is claimed.

**Note: Customers purchasing products from a dealer should first contact the dealer directly for service. If you encounter a technical problem that the dealer cannot solve, can contact ELECFREAKS at support@elecfreaks.com.

This warranty does not apply to

  • products or components whose warranty has expired.
  • Products that can be operated without interruption or error.
  • Products purchased through unauthorized sources or resold by other buyers.
  • Normal wear and tear and consumption occurring during the use of the product.
  • Failure or damage is caused by incorrect or improper use, maintenance or storage, including mishandling, failure to use the product for its reasonably intended purpose, improper insertion or removal of external equipment, dropping or improper external impact; contact or exposure to inappropriate temperatures, solvents, acids, alkalis, water intrusion, etc., infestation of insects or rodents or intrusion of foreign objects that cause the product or parts (e.g., enclosures, components, cabling, etc.) breakage, dust, damage; and
  • Failure or damage caused by unauthorized installation, repair, alteration, addition or removal by any agency or person.
  • damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly or removal of the enclosure, or damage caused by failure to follow official manuals or instructions.
  • Products or parts for which you are unable to provide a valid receipt or any other documentation that demonstrates warranty status.
  • Failure or damage caused by the use of illegally licensed, non-standard or non-publicly available software.
  • Damage caused by reliability or compatibility problems resulting from the use of unauthorized third-party components.
  • Failure or damage caused by force majeure or accident.
  • Damage occurring during transportation back for repair.
  • Other failures or damages not due to the quality of the product; ELECFREAKS is not responsible for the above problems. If you encounter any of the above problems, please contact the relevant party for a solution.

Special Notes

Product packaging, free items, consumables and accessories are not covered by the warranty, but the product can be replaced free of charge if the product is faulty when it is used for the first time after purchase.
