Unable to download program

After the IOT:bit is powered on, inserting the micro:bit into the IOT:bit and then connecting the USB data cable may cause the program to fail to download. Please use the USB data cable to connect to the micro:bit and download the program first. After the program is successfully downloaded, insert the micro:bit into the IOT:bit.
