1. Product failure video
Take a video of the product problem. If you missed it, see if you can reproduce the problem, then take a video and send it to us. This way, we can see the same thing you see and eliminate any ambiguity or information loss during the communication process. A good video is more accurate than describing the problem in a thousand words.
2. Software version
You can follow the instructions below to find your makecode version and the corresponding version of the Xgo_Rider software library.
makecode version
Click the upper right corner and select About.
The version information of makecode will be displayed in the pop-up window.
Xgo_Rider software library version
After adding the software library, switch to JavaScript, click Explorer in the lower left corner, and you can find the Xgo_Rider version information in the drop-down list: XGO.
Firmware version
You can obtain the current firmware version of XGO Rider by following the steps below.
