After-sales Policy
Return and Exchange
30-day return or exchange policy. To be eligible for a return with a full refund, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging, or you receive a defective item and send ELECFREAKS pictures or videos as proof. If the product has no quality issues, the return shipping fee is borne by the user.
Limited Warranty
ELECFREAKS only warrants the physical product against normal use and hardware failure for 60 days from the date the original purchaser receives the retail purchase shipment. Under this limited warranty, if a hardware defect is discovered and ELECFREAKS receives a valid after-sales claim during the warranty period, ELECFREAKS will repair the product free of charge using new or refurbished parts, or replace the product with a new or refurbished product, or, with the user's consent, mail the replacement part for the user's own repair. In the event of hardware failure, these are your sole and exclusive remedies to the extent permitted by law. The replacement product or part assumes the remainder of the original product's warranty. When a product or part is replaced, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes ELECFREAKS's property. Parts provided by ELECFREAKS to fulfill its warranty obligations must be used for the product for which warranty service is requested.
This warranty does not apply to
- Products or parts that have expired;
- Products purchased through unauthorized channels, or resold by other buyers;
- Normal wear and tear that occurs during product use;
- Failure or damage caused by improper or improper use, maintenance or storage, including improper handling, failure to use the product for its reasonable intended purpose, improper insertion or removal of external devices, drop or improper external collision; contact or exposure to inappropriate temperature, solvents, acids, alkalis, water intrusion, etc., infestation by insects or rodents or intrusion of foreign objects, resulting in breakage, dust, damage to the product or parts (such as housing, components, wiring, etc.);
- Failure or damage caused by installation, repair, alteration, addition or removal by any unauthorized agency or personnel;
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly or removal of the housing, or damage caused by failure to follow official manuals or instructions;
- Products or parts for which you cannot provide a valid receipt or any other document that can prove the warranty status;
- Failure or damage caused by the use of illegally authorized, non-standard or non-publicly available software;
- Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues due to the use of unauthorized third-party parts;
- Failure or damage caused by force majeure or accidents;
- Damage incurred during transportation for repair;
- Other failures or damage not caused by product quality; ELECFREAKS is not responsible for the above problems. If you encounter the above problems, please contact the relevant party for solutions.
Special Notes
Product packaging, free items, consumables and accessories are not covered by the warranty, but if the product has problems during the first use after purchase, it can be replaced free of charge.
